I’m a geospatial and cloud software engineer. Before founding Nico Tek Solutions I spent six years at Esri in Redlands, California, engineering the automation, tiling schemes and deployment behind the satellite-imagery services that millions of map users rely on — including a secured imagery app for a government client.
Before and since Esri, I’ve shipped spatial search for a satellite-imagery broker, rebuilt a geolocation marketing app in SwiftUI as an outside lead, run a data-center industry chapter’s web presence from its board, and built the 3D models and maps that let a Washington DC development lease space before it opens. The same discipline that serves imagery at scale is what keeps your zoning, parcel and comps layers current without babysitting.
Everything I ship runs on AWS, in a dedicated account I provision and manage for each client, with plain-English spending reports. The code and data are yours from day one, and any competent engineer can pick it up if I’m not there.
