AWS Bill Checkup: find what you pay for and don’t use.

A read-only review of your whole AWS account, in every region. Within three business days you get a written report ranking each saving by dollars a month, with the exact fix, plus a 30-minute call to walk through it. $299, flat.

At least $50 a month in savings found, or your money back.

Where AWS bills quietly grow

Servers nobody uses

Stopped or idle servers. A stopped server still pays for its disks every month.

Disks attached to nothing

Storage volumes left behind when a server was deleted. They bill until someone removes them.

Old snapshots and backups

Backups from projects that ended, kept in the most expensive storage.

Unused public IP addresses

AWS charges about $3.60 a month for every public IPv4 address, in use or not.

Quiet load balancers and NAT gateways

About $16 to $33 a month each before traffic, often for something that was switched off long ago.

Oversized servers and databases

Machines sized for a launch-day spike that now sit at a few percent of their capacity.

Storage and logs kept forever

Files that could move to cheaper storage classes, and logs with no expiry date.

Discounts you are missing

Savings Plans and reservations that cut the price of steady workloads by a third or more.

Four steps, about a week

  1. 1

    Book and pay

$299, fixed. Secure checkout by Stripe; you get a receipt and an invoice for your books.

  2. 2

    Give read-only access

Within one business day I email you a link that creates a read-only role in your AWS account. It takes about five minutes, and you can delete it whenever you like.

  3. 3

    Get the report

Within three business days: every finding, what it costs you a month, the exact fix and the risk of making it, ranked by savings.

  4. 4

    Walk through it together

A 30-minute call to go over the report. Make the changes yourself, or have me make them for a fixed price quoted in the report.

$299

One AWS account, every region. Report in three business days, plus a 30-minute call.

The guarantee: if the checkup finds less than $50 a month in savings, you get a full refund and keep the report.

Best for businesses spending $300 or more a month on AWS.

Before you book

Is it safe to give you access?

You create the access yourself, from a template you can read first. It can list what is running and read your bill, and nothing else: it cannot change, delete or start anything, and it cannot open your files or databases. I never see your passwords or access keys, and you can remove the role at any time.

What if you do not find much?

If the checkup finds less than $50 a month in savings, you get a full refund and keep the report. If your bill is under about $300 a month, book a free call first so we can tell whether it is worth it.

Will you change anything in my account?

No. The checkup is read-only. If you want the fixes made for you, the report quotes a fixed price for that, and it is your call.

Who does the work?

I do: Nico Roldos, founder of Nico Tek Solutions. I build and run production systems on AWS every day, including AWS Study Hub.

I have several AWS accounts.

$299 covers one AWS account. For an AWS Organization or several accounts, book a free call and I will quote it.
